Address Change

One in twenty of our customers email us within 30 minutes of receiving their order confirmation email requesting to modify or change their shipping address. The process became repetitive and painstaking, so we decided to make an app to make it simple!

Here is how it works...

In your order confirmation email, you add a short link provided by the app. This link will take the customer to a unique page for their order with only their shipping address displayed. There they can make the necessary changes, which will be published to the ‘Notes’ section for that order.

This app does not change the address that the customer submitted upon checkout. However it does the next best thing by dropping it automatically in the note field from the customer directly, cutting down on those urgent “help, my address is wrong!” e-mails.
