I spent about 15 hours (over several weeks) trying to get this to work (integration problems) with our store. The support was decent and the sales guy very supportive and encouraging (Thanks, Derek), but the documentation often proved to be incorrect or lacking. I really like the feature set, but the product doesn't really appear to be ready for prime-time in Shopify. Never got it to work.
Ambassador is awesome! It's very easy to integrate and if you want to go hardcore on it the API is amazing. Customer service is outstanding as well.
We've just installed Ambassador and so far so good. The level of customer service has been excellent and the platform is intuitive. We just hope it lives up to expectations and helps spread the word about SPORTTAPE.
