With the ‘Bulk Fulfillment’ app you are able to search and filter for specific orders or products and selectively fulfill multiple orders at the same time. As fellow Shopify shop owners, this App developed from a need we had and became a tool we wanted to share.
It works perfectly with Shopify’s existing fulfillment partners (like Shipwire, Amazon, etc.) by removing the need to individually go order by order and click fulfill on each item.
A few examples where this comes in handy for us:
Fulfill all orders with out notes
Assume we have something in stock we want to mark as fulfilled to get the order to our shipping partners right away. If a customer wrote us a note at checkout, or called in special instructions for the order (such as reflecting a new address), we don’t want to fulfill that order without applying the special note. We can use this app to search for all orders that are not shipped and have a note, and with one click are able to select all matching that criteria and have them marked as Fulfilled. This saves hours of time rather than going one by one through each order.
Only fulfill a certain product
For items where you accept sales even when there is no inventory, you can fulfill them in bulk as soon as they are back in stock and ready to ship. Once that item is back in stock you can search and fulfill all orders with the exception of ones containing that specific product.
Only fulfill products shipping to a certain location
Sometimes you want to fulfill all of your international orders at the same time or fulfill APO, or local orders first. With this app, setting a filter by a certain name city, country or location is easy!
Similar to the above examples you can filter based on date, use of a discount code, payment, and fulfillment status. If there are other search filters you would like to see let us know and we will do our best to add the most popular requests.

The app is really easy and quick to use, and saves you the hassle of having to individually fulfill orders. I would really like the ability to save a search and to view already fulfilled orders by date.
This app does not work for me for some reason. The first time I used it, it was fine but now when I try and search or filter orders nothing comes up! Is this suitable for mac users?
I really wish it worked because it's a pain to go through your orders one-by-one to fulfill them.
It's a must have if you want to save time. It simply works perfectly and is extremely easy to use.

We've been using Bulk Fulfillment for a while now and I can say it's saved us probably hundreds of hours of manually fulfilling orders. It's also nice to have a alert when notes are added to orders so we can fulfill those orders more carefully. This app is a real time saver!

This app has saved us hours of time :) We sometimes process hundreds of orders at a time and fulfilling them directly on shopify would take hours. Now we can just flick through the Bulk Fulfillment list and fulfill them all in 10 minutes. We love it and have just installed it on a second shopify store.

This app has been a huge help for us and a big time saver. Because of a somewhat complicated fulfillment process with two different fulfillment systems for different kinds of orders, APO address and continental U.S with your fulfillment center, we were needing to manually send orders to our other fulfillment system. Now we can take a half hour job from someone and make it less than 5 minutes. Definitely worth the money every month for us.
