What I like about this app is that it makes it so that I don't have to think about when I should send a survey, it just takes care of everything in the background so that when I get an order, a survey is sent out 14 days later. This way I can make sure to get repeating business from my customers.

Really great way to get relevant feedback without irritating your customers
UPDATE 2 - I just received a call from the co-CEO at FluidSurveys. Their team has identified the the technical problem and resolved the issue. They pushed a new app update out so other users won't have this problem.
I think it's a good sign that a customer service issue went to the top of the organization. It sounds like their team is working hard to make the app better. I'm going to try it again because I think bringing this type of service to small businesses is really important.
UPDATE from Excel Skin. FluidSurveys is still sending my customers dead links after all triggers turned off and the app has been deleted. They have not responded to emails or phone calls.
Conceptually a wonderful and important app, but this implementation is flawed. Three principal complaints:
1) The user interface is cluttered and confusing.
2) After I uninstalled the FluidSurveys app from my Shopify store, it kept sending surveys to my customers and I started receiving complaints about a broken link. Having a ghost app haunt my customers is unacceptable.
3) The newly imposed monthly fee exceeds the value that the app creates in its current state.
They will start to charge $ on Oct 15. Turn off to everyone. $9.99 / month.
LOVE this App! It's like having a customer services person on on our team for free! We send out a survey as soon as someone orders, to find out how they found us, and also after 14days to get product pictures, and its amazing! Must have!
Easy enough to use and fits in well with the general style of Shopify sites, would be nice if there were more options though.

Comprehensive and easy to use survey app. It is very powerful yet easily customisable to our needs. You can build a very professional survey in just a few minutes but our favorite feature is the survey trigger. You can configure a survey to be sent automatically to your customer after X days after fulfilling the order. Highly recommended!
