I had to uninstall this app. Three major issues after I installed the app:

1. The prices are displayed without a decimal point i.e. $100.00 is displayed as $10000.

2. The currency defaults to $ and you cannot change it to another currency - I am in the UK so need £ but can't select it anywhere.

3. when viewing the store on my iPad the product images never actually loaded successfully.

A real shame as the templates for the tablet site look promising but it does not deliver some key basics and is unusable in my opinion.

uninstalled this application but it still appears during ipad viewing. Currency is only USD and for some reason increases the price of items by 1000%. Would not advise to install on live shops.

Pics not loading, prices displayed are multiplied by 100?!

I like the ability to put up a storefront banner and being able to customise which collections to show, so I hope they fix it up soon.

Slowed my site down to the points where I had to uninstall. Worries that others might have the same issue and not realise it - I didn't for a few weeks.

Didn't work for my site, but then again it was already setup for mobile devices. It would be a great app to use for old sites that are not setup for mobile viewing.

Frame is an excellent resource to have when looking to integrate your store into an ipad friendly enviorment. Looks great on our site!

Installing this app is super easy and looks great on an iPad. Browsing through your store becomes a fun experience! In our shop we uninstalled it because the iPad version is strictly in English and we need it to be in Spanish.
So if your storefront is in English this is a great App. You won't regret it! Lets hope that multiple languages become available afterwards!

Clean and simple. Setup was easy and painless. It was nice to be able to tell my client their store was 'iPad-friendly' in a matter of minutes. Haven't tested store performance with this app yet, but I have not noticed any hiccups yet.

WOW! Customer service on a Sunday. Great team that sent me screen shots and let me know the logo.png I uploaded was not transparent. So cool to get this app for free + the team was unexpectedly on top of every aspect of the on boarding process.

Very easy to use, and a delight to see how it transformed my site on iPad. It makes any store easily browseable. Alot of customisation already available - impressive for a free (in beta) app and one that is so new.

Their live customer service was just fabulous. Friendly, efficient, and keen to help me tweak my site. Certainly one of the best apps I've used with Shopify.

I installed Frame on Scarffaces about a month ago, before it was on the app store (Full disclosure: I know the founders)! I was pretty excited about the product - when they showed it to me, I thought it was very cool that I could showcase my products to tablet users in a different way. Definitely a fun and beautiful experience! I've gotten positive reactions from people browsing to my store on their iPad. The app has also continued to improve very quickly since I've been using it, it was incredibly easy to setup, and customize! Also, I've seen what's coming up, and I'm very excited for the new customization options they'll be releasing, and the new things the product will be able to do!!! Love it!
