horrible app. We signed up for it and found we really didn't need it. But when it has come to canceling their service its near impossible to do so. We tried 3 or 4 months ago to cancel the service and they continue to charge us. We've called, we've emailed, we've left VM. Nothing. Do NOT sign up for this service unless you want to be billed for not using it.
