Grapevine Reviews

Support is non existent.

It does not appear that this app can be utilized with Google structured data thereby making it useless from an SEO standpoint. I really wish I had done my homework on this app before committing to it just over a year ago. Ditching Grapevine at this point in time means giving up a year's worth of review data...something no company can afford.

My loss is your gain. Avoid disappointment. Avoid the Grapevine review app like the plague.

Great app, very useful and easy to install

In 10 minutes I was able to install, customize and translate (to spanish) the app. It's working fine. Very happy :)

Great product, great support. I did a substantial customization of the styling to fit my site, and there was a problem with IE9 that John had a fix for me quickly. He has been responsive and very knowledgeable, and overall the experience has been great.

Customer support was fantastic. They were able to quickly assist me with importing our past reviews in an easy CSV upload. The reviews are clean and look great adding an important element to our shopper's trust and overall experience. Don't hesitate on adding this to your shop.

I love these people - I was able to install the app and get it going but it wasn't placed where I wanted it and I couldn't figure out how to do it. So, they just went in and did it for me - awesome!

Then my code wasn't matching the code they showed for having the review "stars" show on "Collections". I tried to figure it out and, again, couldn't. So I asked for some help and they went in again and just did it for me again. Which, as someone who knows NOTHING about writing code, I very much appreciated!

The reviews are great and I feel like they give great credibility to my products - happy to have them and have them where I want them.

Set up was easy, customer support to start with was outstanding, then I noticed it wasn't working properly, asked for some help and BOOM - silence. So now it's on my website half working.

Lightning-fast and extremely communicative tech-support, who fixed everything in no time with my tricky template. It looks great is exactly what i needed.

This is a great app and the experience has been tremendous. I am somewhat of a tech geek but it's been 10 years since I've been under the hood. So current technology is beyond me. This app was easy to install, has straightforward instructions and when I got stuck, tech support was QUICK AND OUTSTANDING. After reading a lot of reviews and user experiences, we chose grapevine reviews for our shopify store and it was clearly the right product for us.

I needed to switch a customer over to Grapevine reviews from another review app but the import reviews functionality is still in beta. John kindly helped me and got my reviews imported over very quickly. Excellent support from Grapevine dev team and an excellent app so far! Thanks John!

Grapevine was exactly what I was looking for, and the tech support went above and beyond to help with customization. Highly recommend.

Grapevine Reviews work out fantastically for us on our store! It's so easy to install and get going and gives our customers an easy to use area to leave feedback on our products. Even when I needed some technical support for enabling an advanced feature, I was responded to quickly and got everything set up in no time. I highly recommend GV to anyone who wants to add reviews to their store.

We needed to get a large number of reviews imported during a migration to Shopify. John not only responded to queries promptly - he also helped with the migration process. Very impressed!

Wonderful app for such an outstanding price compared to some. The customer service from John was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this product and i'm only one day into using it!!

Works perfectly for us, but load time could be improved. And could use some more customization features and direct access to the CSS so that I don't have to overwrite styles. Installation was very simple. Overall highly recommend.

Great app, probably the best on the app store. Great service too: I had a question, and the customer service replied quickly and was very friendly. Definitely the app to go for reviews.

Update to a former review: Grapevine just keeps getting better. Even if a customer posts a negative review, the ability to post a response gives us a chance to show off our customer service. Fantastic app, and the developer was very friendly/helpful when we had questions.

So far this app is great. Technical support has responded to my emails within minutes each time.

Excellent simple little app. Took me 5 mins to install and get working on our shop.

It does exactly what is says on the tin - simple product reviews on your shopify site for an affordable price.

This is a really simple app, however I could not get it to work on my store.

I needed to amend the colour theme so it would fit in with my site.

Unfortunatley the support from grapevine has been really poor and my last email hasn't even been responded to.

As a result i've had to move to ratevoice where the installation, support and customisation has been easy.

I like it. Works well and fairly easy to setup. Only issue is finding a good placement for the code in your template so that it looks like the reviews belong there.

The app is great! Simple 5 stars and a comment box. Why would you pay more for something less user friendly? I had a hiccup while adding it to my shop and grapevine got right back to me immediately.

Simple, seems to work great, no unnecessary social media gimmicks. Could use a few simple features (like the ability to respond to reviews), but I'm hopeful they'll be implemented over time.

Can users add images to the review? That would be a key component for me.

@David Next to the install button is a link to the guy's website. Click on that and you'll be able to find a contact link as well as more info about the product.

Easy to install, Easy to understand, and creates the extra depth to product and collection pages I was looking for.

Now my customers can let me know how they liked the product, much like the review I'm doing right now! ;)

If you are looking for a easy, effective review tool this is your ticket. Nicely priced also.

Is there any email or contact info I can use to get in touch with the developer? I'd like to see a demo (live or video) before signing up for this app.
