Definitely a great app if you are having a lot of abandoned apps. I have only had a small number of abandons, so wish there was a smaller cost associated instead of minimum 200 emails/month. Templates are easy to use.

Thanks to Jilt my Shopify store is able to create meaningful connections with prospective customers that otherwise might have been lost opportunities. Jilt has recovered 7% of our abandoned orders to-date, and it has enabled us to get very meaningful information about our customers' preferences and behaviour. Absolutely love this app. I was lucky to be one of the beta testers and it has not only brought us back $100's in sales but has also proved to be a valuable feedback tool to learn why customers were abandoning orders.
It has been an excellent way to reach out and connect with people directly and people who we have connected with who have abandoned the cart have frequently commented on how cool it was that we cared to follow up with them and offer help.
Every single store should have this app!
They should make it mandatory!
