I have been paying $30 a month for at least 7 months & I wish I can get every single dime back. My balances never match up & the bank account integration is just awful. The help videos are cheesy & I always had to go back & sort through my info for duplicate transactions. Finally, I canceled.
This is supposed to be easy? Not! Their installation dumps you at a page asking you to login, but you don't have an account yet. When you make it, just creates a fake company with confusing fake data. There is no help for getting your own real company setup doing accounting, which is what you installed the app for! Forget this one.
It works! Very nice integration with Shopify. I have this lady from Less Accounting who called me just to check up on me. Very happy so far!
It looked good to start off with, but the bank account integration is extremely poor with huge delays, the support was a copy and paste extravaganza, and the whole experience was a bit of a let down, after seeing $30 leave my account month after month without any improvements I decided to look for an alternative
After some initial difficulty getting the data import set up correctly (mostly my fault due to not understanding how imports and Less Accounting's "bank accounts" work), I've had it running on autopilot ever since, thanks to Less' excellent support. I use the Less app to track my gross sales from Shopify and it works perfectly. Less lets me import bank and payment processing transactions, which saves a lot of manual data entry and lets me track expenses and net profit easily. It's well worth the price in the amount of time it has saved me.
