We love Lettuce! We had been looking for a good way to integrate everything so that we could be more efficient. Lettuce has helped us do exactly that. Our business is both retail and wholesale and Lettuce works beautifully for both of our customers. On Shopify orders streamline into the hub so easily~ inventory is deducted, credit card is processed and shipping label is printed! For our wholesale tradeshows, we take orders on our Ipad. Customers are emailed their order and credit card info is securely saved on the cloud.
In addition to all this great stuff, Lettuce has an amazing support team. I'm not a tech girl and they've really helped me implement the program into my business with lots of patience and care!

Ultimately it started out that we were looking for a good/easy way to sync all of our shopify orders into QuickBooks. Everything that I looked into was cumbersome and or ugly.
When I first started to work with the Lettuce app I was very happy with the UI and the ease of use. They've done a great job at building an interface that does so much.
We've now become a full on Lettuce team. Our sales uses lettuce with a customized user permissions to enter orders and customer info. Our shipping uses it to print out the packing slips and labels and send customer tracking emails. And our accounting actually never has to do anything but QB now.
The Ipad app is great for trade shows and special sales events. It's a mini version of the app and all you need. You can create custom price variants for each customer, as well as lead source labels for any type of event. In my own opinion the Ipad app is reason enough to have Lettuce.
The support has been great too. The few times I've needed assistance they were available right away to help with all the right answers.
Lettuce has definitely made our whole teams life much easier.
