Update: I down graded my stars for one reason. Nothing new. Although the works great with your order confirmation they don't have any code for shipping notice or other inquires. Plus this needs a customer portal for the website so a customer could just type their order number or name to then check their order order or do a return.
Very polished app, Greats a beautiful order confirmation and an easy customer help portal for customers to keep updated on there orders, Customer service has been very quick to respond to a few issues that arose while I was testing, Really looks like it is going to be a winner.

This app is very helpful to online store managers who not only like to send out really nice looking confirmation/notice email, but also recommend relative items to their customers. Very smart app. I like how it recommend my other items to the customers and how the email looks so approachable for my customers as well. This app truly is genius. GENIUS! Insanely easy to install, and the next thing you know my customers are getting beautiful order confirmations and emails with order details that not only look "customizably fabulous," but also let me re-market them with other items they may be interested in.

The emails also empower the customers with up to date order tracking, the option for text messages with shipping and delivery notifications, and even the ability to get texts for speedy and accurate communication with me about any questions they may have along the way.
I even downloaded their consumer facing app on my iPhone too - because, well ... I want that sort of fancy treatment when I'm shopping! ;) All my purchases in one place, and the quick and easy ability to manage returns and exchanges, etc... with all of my order details consolidated and easy to find. Even my receipts! Bam. Never losing those again.

Guys, if this app is as superb as it appears to be, you need to get it NOW! The support team is incredibly fast and gives wonderfully comprehensive answers. We just started using the app, and I can't wait to see the full features at work. This could be an answer to so many question marks we had lingering -- how to print customers' return labels for them should they need to return/exchange an item; how to text customers about the status of their order should they want that information via text; and more. This app deserves to gain a lot of traction, and at some point I imagine it won't be free--which makes sense, what with all the amazing features it offers--so I'm enjoying being signed up now to get free use of Linc Care.
