We have been working with Merchantos for three months and with Shopify for two. With our exceptionally large inventory, implementing either cloud-based POS or website is a long-term undertaking. Working with Merchantos has been a great experience for us. It is much more intuitive than our previous POS, and the support provided by Merchantos for either their POS system or the Shopify app is excellent. Because we are trying to enter all of our inventory into the POS system in a way that will interface well with Shopify and also work for search engine optimization, we have had a number of questions for the Merchantos help staff. We find them to be quick with thoughtful responses by email or phone, and they are pleasant and patient, regardless of our level of knowledge. We highly recommend the Merchantos app for Shopify.
