    OrderCup is a class act and my most-relied-up app in the App Store. Recently I encountered a problem integrating another custom store, and I received a call within 20 minutes.

    BluScenes recently migrated from another ecommerce platform to Shopify, and we used to do a very labor intensive and error-prone two-way file exchange between our old site and Endicia.com.

    I can't even begin to calculate how much time OrderCup has saved me in processing our orders, and it is designed with the kind of elegant simplicity that attracted us to Shopify in the first place.

    With the push of a button, a USPS label is printed (to our Zebra LP2844 printer) and tracking is automatically updated as soon as we print the packing slip.

    Customs forms are printed automatically, saving us additional time and frustration.

    And best of all, because we no longer needed our old Endicia account, OrderCup paid for itself.

    We rebranded and launched our new site in February using OrderCup and did in two days as much business as we had one the previous month. Without OrderCup I don't know how we would have handled the increased traffic- it makes processing and shipping orders so EASY and FAST! The few times we have had tech issues, they have solved them for us within 30 minutes- their customer service is fantastic- I cannot recommend this app highly enough.

    Have been using this app since we launched our store and will continue to use it. I'm relatively computer savvy but still needed some help fine tuning details as not everything was completely obvious to me. These guys have great customer service though and any issue I've had has been addressed and resolved very quickly. Would recommend.

    Ordercup is the biggest time saving app for shipping/processing orders that we have found.
    Works great with all the shipping services we use, UPS, Fedex, and USPS.

    We also love that we can run it from any computer whether at work or at our home office.

    Highly recommend them.

    Order Cup is awesome. I was just about to leave Shopify for not having smart shipping options, but Order Cup filled that void. I am saving ton of time where I can print labels without having to print it on UPS Worldwide. It also enters tracking number automatically where I do not need to go back into Shopify and enter them manually. I highly recommend this application if you have a lot of orders to process. Plus, the address validation is awesome too.

    It seems like this will be a great application once it is up and running, and well worth the money.

    But it can be fairly complicated to set up and the support website and knowledgebase are useless. If you have a question you can wait 3 days for an email (their terms of service) or pay $50 to talk to someone.

    It needs much better support, but the capabilities are worth the frustration.

    OrderCup is one of those tools that just WORKS! It allowed us to take a process that used to take around 6 minutes per order down to about 15 seconds per order. In about 1/24th of the time...yes I said 1/24th.... we are able to import orders from our Shopify storefront, print shipping labels and packing slips and have the OrderCup application automatically update the orders as 'shipped' in Shopify and notify our customers of their shipment and tracking number. All this being done in about 2-3 clicks! With their new bulk shipment feature we should be able to possibly cut that time down to around 10 seconds per order. With our number of orders rapidly increasing, these time savings are HUGE! We can now offer even more great support to our awesome customers without wasting time on manual shipment imports.

    Very rarely do you come across a product that makes your life so much easier and that creates a great customer experience for your customers. Being able to replace our old manual shipping process with this new integrated solution with OrderCup has been a breath of fresh air. We like to align ourselves with companies that are continuing to innovate and offer new features, OrderCup has demonstrated that this is exactly the type of company they are. We started using OrderCup with the mentality of "It's free to try out so what do we have to lose?"....and now we say to each other "What in the world would we do without OrderCup???" Great product!

    OrderCup is a huge time and money saver. We ship orders coming from our Shopify store, Amazon and miscellaneous other retailers. With OC we seamless integrate with Shopify and Amazon, and have an easy way to enter and print labels for all the others. We had zero familiarity with labels, thermal printers, etc and with a little help from Aloke we've got everything working perfectly. And the discounted postage more than pays for OC fees. Don't understand the negative reviews. None of this ecommerce stuff is easy for first timers and we've found OC to be as good or better than other apps we're using. Keep up the great work, Aloke!

    OrderCup has helped automate our entire shipping and their USPS rates are amazing! Of course, we run into the occasional question or two, but their customer service is top notch and they get us back on track. We would highly recommend this App! Keep up the great work.

    Tech support was outstanding. I had two Macs that needed to work with a thermal printer for UPS/FedEx and an inkjet for Packing Labels. Tim at OrderCup went above and beyond, and then beyond that. He worked with me to set up my entire OrderCup system seamlessly and easily. Smart product, smart company.

    Order Cup is one of the reasons that we switched to shopify. We need the ability to print labels.

    Ordercup seemed nice, but it has many glitches! We tried to edit our credit card and it wont update. Printing isn't working for us and we've had no support. I think we may have to move to a different shopping cart entirely if order cup can't get these issues resolved.

    Frustrated would be an understatement. It just doesn't work and the user interface is not intuitive at all. I got lost trying to make this work for the first 5 days my shop was open. After several conversations with the tech support, it still wouldn't work. It's simple: I want to print 3-5 UPS labels a day, that's it. Can't do it with this program which is trying to be more than it needs to be. I'm headed to PayPal to print my shipping labels.

    They whole sytem is gibberish and I have been getting lost between trying to understand how shopify is related to ordercup, how ordercup is related to LS Server and Endicia and Dazzle. I don't understand why I had to download 4 programs and use 3 companies to ship my products. It is very disappointing that Shopify does not have a seamless integration for shipping already setup for its own stores. THe most major disappointment in my first month of Shopify.

    We have greatly reduce our time spent preparing shipments with the OrderCup app. At first we had some issues setting up the billing and some of the features but received great support to get everything running smoothly. They could certainly improve with a better guide to setting everything up. Some of the settings are difficult to setup correctly and required several conversations with support to be fixed.

    After learning better how to use OrderCup it is very useful for our store and makes shipping much quicker. All and all, we would highly recommend OrderCup and are happy we have stuck with it.

    Ok so they could use a more detailed setup tutorial but once you get things working it's a great app. It's take me so little time to fill orders now and I love it.

    I do hope they have full mac support soon since someday I might get a thermal printer and make things even easier :)

    Their customer service is pretty good too.

    As far as I am concerned I couldn't run my store without this anymore, going back would be torture. One star off for being a bit pricey though.

    I wish there were another app to integrate shipping with Shopify. It's so very nice to not have to copy and paste shipping info to another program, but everything is far more difficult in OC than it should be. Nothing is intuitive, not even setting up and everything just seems poorly organized.

    Cost also leaves something to be desired. They charge a $10 monthly fee AND the postage is more expensive than other methods (for USPS anyway).

    Add on top of that, in my experience, nothing has really gone smoothly with them (perhaps catching OC at a bad time - but they've had tons of server issues causing me to use another program to send shipments out, completely defeating the purpose) and I'm really not a fan.

    I had high hopes for this app, but when it came to pricing it fell short.

    On one hand, it's the perfect solution for Shopify since it completely integrates, and automates many of the features that are otherwise manual with, say, Stamps.com. On the other hand, you can't ship something stand alone (eg- if you have a special request from a customer).

    In those instances you'll have to use Click-n-Ship, Stamps.com or some other solution. Furthermore, while the $10/month seems like a steal on the surface, when you include the percentage up-charge on postage purchases (especially during peak shipping times) this service could end up costing $100 or more for some months.

    End of the day, I think they need to figure out a better structure for charging, and ultimately allow for a stand alone shipping situation that's not necessarily contingent upon a Shopify order.

    I use this product in my store MezuzahStore.com. It works really well and is very nicely integrated with Shopify. My only complaint is that they seem to charge more for postage than say stamps.com. You have to decide if the savings in time is worth it for you. Also if you use other services like FedEx or UPS and not just USPS like me, I would think it is a must.

    Excellent and powerful app. It was self explanatory enough to get up and going with everything to the point where it was functional for us. After trying to look at ways to streamline everything with our shopify store I got an email over to support and they increased my efficiency with our process by 2x or 3x. A lot of features and tools here that I didn't not know existed when I first got setup. The landing page for the product on their website is not as helpful as it could be with listing the feature set and listing the full capabilities but trust me, dive in it is all there.

    From logos on packing slips, to printing off order invoices, creating custom orders, special note sections if someone is giving your product as a gift, etc. It is all there.

    A huge bonus we just unearthed is that we can insure our packages through ordercup instead of our shipping carrier for a whole lot less than we can with the carrier savings us a healthy percentage on our cost in shipping. This feature will depending on your volume of shipments be a huge saver for you.

    Super pleased with these guys, use them!

    It's a great idea, but it doesn't see to work for me. Maybe it's because I'm on a Mac, not sure. Some labels don't generate properly and can't seem to create customs forms for USPS. If it worked properly, I'd buy it.

    This is a MUST if you are integrating shipping into your shopify store.
    It not only pulls all the order/customer info over from shopify, it also communicates back to shopify, seamlessly, and closes the order, adds the tracking, emails the customer etc...
    As I said, a MUST for the Shopify customer that also ships!

    As a Mac user, I could not use the app (though this wasn't displayed anywhere in the content I reviewed on the service). This prevented printers to be selected - rendering the use of my thermal printer pointless.

    I also found the customer service poor. They responded to some email quickly, but often waited days for questions they couldn't or didn't want to answer.

    Finally, after switching to endicia, I discovered that they are about $1 more for shipping.

    If you are a Mac user, do not bother with this service. *Please include this in future advertising so others don't waste hours educating themselves on how it works only to find out the hard way.

    *Note: If you are a windows user and don't mind paying more for shipping, all of the functionality of OrderCup appeared to be very valuable.

    Ordercup has worked very well so far, but needs more explanation of the label printing process (what templates, etc.), and needs to notify Shopify correctly when an order is only shipped partially.

    Right now, even if you deselect the products you're not shipping, it sets the status in Shopify to "Fulfilled", instead of "Partial"

    This app has cut down our shipping time from 10 mins per order (when we were manually filling in the UPS online forms) to 5 mins per order.
    It is very easy to use and worked perfectly from our Mac. I highly recommend this and worth the small monthly fee.

    Well after my first review I submitted a support ticket needless to say I was immediately helped by a gentleman named Prakash who walked though my issues directly with me. They spent the time to find out what we needed and made it work.

    Before it would take me 10+ steps to fill an order.Now with Ordercup in 3 clciks I can print a shipping label on my thermal printer -- print a packing slip/ Invoice and even update shopify to email the customer and close the order.

    I dont know what I was doing before Ordercup I wasted 100's of hours copy and pasting etc. Now their software allows me to do what I always wanted with a paid label and postage printing immediately.

    I considered dropping Shopify due to missing these functions in past now this app has made Shopify the best cart solution to date.

    Way to go Ordercup and Shopify you guys have a winner this time...

    Very useful app for creating shipping labels and eliminating double entry. With this tool we have been able to create a place that prints all of our Shopify and eBay labels in one place. Thanks to the address verification tool we have yet to be charged an address correction fee from FedEx, the tool has been able to catch all the customer data entry errors thus far...it has paid for itself with this feature alone many, many times over. The software works with our FedEx standard printer perfectly, which we use to print our labels and packing list.

    OrderCup has been the most useful app that has been added to our Shopify store, it's become necessary, and we highly recommend it.
