Really great app! Super easy to install and incredibly useful. Also, you can now choose to personalize or remove the personal shopper. Great service. Definitely a must have for your site!

The best app. Beats the hell out of Hello Bar. You can do so much with this bar I'm amazed I've been using hello bar all this time. I'm actually excited that I found it. It even makes my site look way more professional, and not to mention, the customer service, god damn is it the best or what? Reply within the hour and my issue was solved by them as well. I didn't even have to lift a finger. RECOMMENDED!!

I had a problem installing the app and have written twice to the developers to try and sort it out. Two weeks later and still waiting for some help. It's a shame, I would have liked to give this one a try.

It's great!! Quick and easy to install, responsive customer support. You can turn off the personal shopper and the overall look, when I customized it, is great. It helps get customers to sign up for your list, stay on the site with a coupon, or whatever you want. I love it and recommend it!!!

I would like to update my review from above and say their support go right back to me and said, yes, you can customize the shopper icon or remove. So I'll be checking this out more fully. Great support.

Easy to install, etc. Nice potential. But I have to agree with several above. The personal shopper character is hokey. Need to be able to turn it off or have the option for other characters. Something that fits my market. It is a fatal flaw for a great service. Can't use it. Hope they can offer some other icons or the ability to turn it off soon.

Great app, very useful. Wish we had seen it much earlier. Personalizing the colour of the bar could be much easier (ie more of a colour range rather than uploading images) and would be nice if pre-existing chat widget was disabled when choosing to add chat to bar (that may be to do with our chat provider though). That said, overall this a very good app worth trying!

I really like this app, the service so far has been really good and lots of scope to experiment to see what works best for your site. Also looks like they have lots of great features planned looking forward to them going live.
