How do feel about your experience with this App?
I just installed this app over the weekend so that I could do a giveaway as part of my shop's launch. It's really easy to use and install, I like that it gives entrants so many options for sharing, and I like that you can either pick a winner or have the app generate a winner. I haven't used the rewards feature yet as I'm not sure how I want to structure that for my shop, but the giveaway feature alone makes this app worth it.
I don't like that I have no control or knowledge over how my customers receive points. I had to ask the help chat how often customers could receive their '100 points' for visiting my website, which I did not approve or install as an option. It's very difficult to navigate the rewards and the integration with Shopify leaves something to be desired. Punchtab sends me an email whenever customers redeem points for a discount code, and then I have to create the discount code? Adds a lot more hassle to my work day.
I'll use it because it's the only rewards program out there, but I would love to have other options that actually WORK like punch cards.
All it did was mess up my website.
It looks really good on my site and I can't wait to see the results in the next few months.
It was easy to install, the hardest bit was deciding on the rewards to offer.
My main feedback is with the giveaway section. Your T&C's default to Punch Tab, which is fine but you have listed in the first line that the giveaway is only open to US residence & display US timezones.
My site is in Australia so these need to be adjusted according to my country.

great idea, very difficult or impossible to modificate as i want to. I see a good potential but no way to modificate the widget size or the language

Love where it's going, but it's not there yet. I briefly installed it but once you go in as customer there aren't a lot of options for them to gain points (in order to win the rewards). However, the very helpful support said they are working on many of the things that are going to make this app great. Removed it for now because it will only frustrate customers but I will definitely be checking back to see their progress. Good Luck guys.
