QuickShop

This app is awesome for smaller retail companies who run their store out of Shopify that need to do reporting. I'm able to download transactions into my quickbooks really fast and draw up reports for clients really swiftly. It saves me about 8 hours a month, which is a lot of time for a smaller company. The Support team is really fast if you have any questions/comments/concerns. Petru is really kind and patient and if there is ever an issue they work really hard to get it back on track asap.

I would definitely recommend this App! They were very helpful, friendly, but most of all patient with a learner!!

QuickShop is seriously the very best app I have installed in my shop. It saves me countless hours of having to manually enter sales receipts into QuickBooks. A few clicks of the mouse and all my shop orders are automatically imported. A breeze to use once it's installed, and the tech support can't be beat. They walked me through the installation process and helped me customize the install so that my orders import exactly the way I want. I couldn't be happier.

Quickshop is simply fantastic. It does exactly what it is suposed to do and has saved us an enormous amount of time and effort on a daily basis. Petru walked us through the set up and had been available to us whenever we needed him. We highly recommend this App to anyone using shopify and QuickBooks.

Petru at QuickShop was very helpful. He picked up my call right away, and began the trouble shooting process. Within 10 mins, Petru was able to link up my Shopify transactions and import them into Quickbooks. The user interface could use some updating, but the important thing is that it works. My only criticism is that unless the SKUs match up completely between QB and Shopify, the import will not work. Petru assured me that this functionality will be incorporated with the new software release, which is slated for end of April. I have many SKUs in my store, so this function is critical for me. I look forward to using QS on a regular basis once the new function is implemented.

This is a very useful app if you use QuickBooks. Once set up and mapped properly you can import your orders to QuickBooks quickly and easily with little effort. The support team is responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend it!

Works well and Customer service is great

Connecting Shopify with Quickbooks is vital to our daily business, and this app makes it happen. The UI is a bit rough around the edges, but Petru is very responsive - it's rare to get the developer who coded the app on the phone.

I found that this app was user friendly once you have all your settings in place, your products mapped, etc. The setup is a little bit difficult if you are a do-it-yourselfer and have never set up such an app before. I had a tax issue question which they are working to resolve and hope to have ready within the next 3 weeks or so. I'll have to say I was concerned about being able to contact them for customer support, since they are out of country and not in the same time zone. However, I must now say I have received EXCELLENT, timely, customer support from Petru both by email and phone and gotomeeting.com. So, don't hesitate to call and have them walk you through the setup, and address any other issues you might encounter. They will take good care of you! :)

I've been using QuickShop for a couple months now. It works great. When Petru first help me set it up I mentioned that I needed the taxes to come into QB correctly. At the time QuickShop didn't support that, but they've been working on that and now it does. Petru just took the time to walk me through the new set up and figure out how the taxes can work for what I'm doing. Thank you, Petru! Every little bit makes my job easier and more efficient. I highly recommend this app for importing orders from Shopify!

I am so grateful for the Shopify referral to Quickshop! This softcookies App is amazing! This company provides amazing customer service, with prompt replies to emails, personal 'gotomymeeting' hands-on assistance as needed, along with telephone confeerence calls. They continue to update their App program to meet the customer needs, and in the meantime where custom programming is needed, they do it right there on the spot specifically for each customer account!

Absolutely amazing. Petru has never failed to be prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch. The product is great, does exactly what you need it to, and once you get the hang of it, very user friendly. You can customize it pretty well and Petru will walk you through anything you need. Definitely worth the money. If you have quickbooks...this app is essential to avoid gouging your eyes out when getting the books in order.

QuickShop makes bookkeeping very easy! The app is easy to use and the manual SKU mapping keeps up with our constantly changing products.

Their support has gotten much better. I heard back from my last e-mail within hours.

The only issue I've had is not being able to map items sold out on Shopify. But they're always updating this app, so this might be a short term problem!

Finally a Quickbooks app that works properly! Does lots of really useful things like:
- Mapping products by SKU not product name
- Allows manual mapping of products, payment types, shipping types etc so you can make it fit to how your QB file is set up already
- Supports use of classes so you can run different P&L etc for different shops or different product lines
- Group items (great if you use bundles)

Support is excellent and free! - Petru spent 30 mins talking me through everything on skype.

If you understand a bit about QB or have a file already running this is by far the best app to use (and I have tried them all!)

QuickShop has exponentially increased my productivity! I used to enter all my QuickBooks sales receipts by hand, which took approximately 5-10 hours per week. Shipping orders was an all-night process before I began using QuickShop. Now I'm able to import my orders and simply print off my sales receipts, which doesn't take more than 5 minutes. Simply amazing. I will never stop using this app! Fairly easy to install and wonderful customer service. Definitely worth the monthly fee.

I can't imagine the hassle of entering one by one the orders we receive through Shopify in QB. Thank goodness there's Softcookies! We were one of the first Canadian companies to use this software. Hence, there were a few adjustments to make and Petru walked us through every glitch like a pro. Overall, it is a very useful tool and easy to understand even for those who previously had problems with QB.

We used an earlier version of QuickShop quite happily. The new version goes even further. The app is very flexible and very reliable. Support is top notch too. We looked closely at other options for this critical business function but no others had the clean design and great functionality of QuickShop. If you use Quickbooks, we highly recommend that you check out QuickShop.

Quickshop creates the seamless flow between my Shopify site and Quickbooks. I haven't found anything else out there that does such a good job. When I had a minor issue with setup, their tech support walked we through it in no time. Thumbs up for Quickshop by SoftCookies!

If you're running a Shopify store and Quickbooks (PC) then there's really no reason not to use QuickShop. This was the first QB order importer in the App Store that actually worked!

Before QuickShop we were hand entering orders...this app is a HUGE timesaver...hit a button and the orders make their way into QB. Perfect!
