Excellent app. I was about to pay a developer a lot of money to make one of those, but then i found this for ol 5$ :-)

I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone who might struggle with editing the liquid pages themselves, but want to take full advantage of having a great app embedded on their website.

The support team are top class, I was having trouble getting started due to a mistake I'd made previously editing my website, and they stepped in and took care of everything quickly and completely.

Hugely appreciate that sort of dedication and attitude.

I absolutely love this app! It does exactly what it is designed to do. I had a slight problem with the install, but customer service was excellent at getting right back in contact with me. Within 25 minutes, they had fixed my problem, and the app was up and running. So, not only is the app great, but customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this app.

We've just added to our store and it's such an asset for us! Being an online furniture store with heavy / bulky consignments, we are inundated with freight queries all the time. While the information is there on another page, having this at the checkout page makes it so much easier for our clients! Before this, our customer would need to proceed to the next step, complete all their shipping details before a freight could be generated. This makes it just that little bit more helpful for our buyers. The customer service was super super super fast and our query was resolved even before my coffee had a chance to cool down :) Than You!

Great! One time 5$ charge gets you a shipping estimator form added to the cart page. One line needed to be added in my theme modify page, and it told me exactly how and where, and it Just Worked(tm).

I have weight-based shipping options and rates set up. Normally the customer has to get to step 2 of the checkout (after adding their address) to see the shipping costs and options.

The form on the cart page takes the customer's input, and spits out whatever shipping options and rates you have set up in your shipping preferences so they can see it "early". Simple, easy, and exactly what I wanted.

Works as described. It was a bit unclear as to where the shipping calculator would show up. FYI, the shipping calculator shows up IN the shopping cart before the checkout process has begun. Another FYI, this does not actually add real-time shipping to your site, it just takes the same formula used to calculate shipping during checkout and allows customers to see it in advance. I would assume it supports real-time shipping if you have it enabled on your store already. Support was great. Thanks.

Awesome service! We get a ton of emails asking for shipping cost but with this app in place, we have no doubt those emails will be gone... I am not a website designer and Barranger was more than helpful.  Thanks again for the wonderful service.

I love when a great app is supported by great service. Shipping Calculator Adders is a great app and a steal for a onetime fee of $5 when many apps with less functionality charge subscription fees.

Installation was a snap. My template apparently had a minor issue due to a missing file, but the developer tweaked the app within 2 minutes and nobody else will encounter that issue. I'm not saying that you'll always get a response instantly, but it did happen in my case.

If your store is like ours, it doesn't matter if you post the shipping rates under a separate tab. You'll still get a ton of emails asking "how much to ship here?" I'm looking forward to ending them while providing better information to our customers.

A simple useful addition to my store, and the developer was really helpful and kind enough to help me with some layout issues, recommended.

installed this app which is fantastic. i had issue installing and the support was first class as they went out of their way to assist.

Further to my previous review the default country (though apparently not the UK, Ireland, and Canada leading the dropdown menu), the header text and description text fields all easily configurable in Theme Settings.

Even more reasons to install this app! + great support!

YES! It's worth $5 not to programme this into Shopify. More importantly it's worth having my customers see how much they'll pay for shipping.

Couple of minor things:

1) UK, Ireland and Canada come up on the country list before alphabetized countries. Would be nice if confitigurable as this is not our ideal list of countries to put first.

2) Shipping prices called shipping 'estimates', leaving the customer unsure if the price he sees is the price he pays.

3) Would be nice to have a configurable text line 'Shipping to [home_country] is free, for shipping costs to other locations... etc'

Apart from this, the app fixes a major flaw in Shopify that customers can't see shipping costs until the very end of the checkout process and is a great improvement to not having it.

Oh, and it works... easily. For 5 bucks you can't go wrong.
