ShopiMap

Great idea, I only wish it worked. I bought the basic plan, wanting to show more then my last 20 customers. ShopiMap does not actually show the last customers. I have had hundreds of orders, and the map still has the same markers that were there when I installed the app. No changes at all, there are 20+ countries that I know we have received orders from in the last 48 hours, and are not represented on the map.

I contacted support, they told me that it should update every hour. 3 days, no update. I was then told I am receiving too many orders. (What?!?) I was also referred to purchase the pro-plan, even though they did not state it would address my concerns, just that it is much nicer looking as it has pictures. Wow, I don't care, in fact that is probably worse, being that it will never change.

The only plus is they were pretty quick to respond to my emails, just could not answer or address my concerns.

Easy to configure. Great tool to give your customers good trust and confidence. Customer service is 100% helpful!

customer serivce will only help if you give them access to your store and allow them to write the review.

Customer Privacy issues if you leave drill down on as can locate customer's house so be sure to set this to off.

For smaller businesses being able to configure how many of the last sales shown would be great, rather than all orders or last 20.

I don't believe it's business critical and could do with a could of tweaks, but nonetheless a cute app that's a bit of fun and will add a fun, nice feature to your site.

Love this app! Not only does it build credibility among my shoppers, but it's really opened my eyes about who is buying my products. I've even started running special contests on facebook to encourage orders from far away locations. For example, last week, Dallas was the farthest West that anyone had ordered my products. I linked to my map online and offered a freebie for anyone who ordered a product that day farther West than Dallas. Within an hour, we received orders from California, Las Vegas and Hawaii!

At first was hard to understand how to include the code in the template, but the customer service helped me (was not really that hard, but my coding skills are near to 0)

Definitely a cool app to show on your shop.

I'm thrilled with this app, and the options for control (center the map where you want etc.) You can even customize the map's marker image which I haven't done yet... I have NO DOUBT it encourages more international sales because my analytics tell me customers enjoy using this map also. Thanks for great support too ;-)

Very Slow App. They also try to upsell other products so pricing is not correct. Ratings are also skewed because they offer monetary benefits for good ratings. Shopify should recognize this and correct.

Just installed ShopiMap, very cool. I am putting it on a page with customer testimonials. A great addition to our site.

Cool app which gives trust to customers.

ShopFrogs did a great job for us. We asked them to create a ShopiMap app that could show orders from both of our web stores. It works well and looks good. This is a great way to show everyone that we sell and ship worldwide!

Wrote a review before but forgot to rate it. Had some issues and contacted them. I was happy with the fast response. Everyone should try this app :)

It's a good app, takes a while to load all the orders in at the beginning but it looks great on our testimonials page.
