Super Reviews

This is an awesome app! I tried another Review app on the list and they tried for 3 weeks and couldn't import my reviews from my old ecommerce site. I finally gave up and tried Super Reviews. They imported all of my over 1700 reviews in less than half an hour!!! I was beyond impressed and their customer service was quick and fantastic. They know what they're doing. I highly recommend them!

I'm a Shopify expert and I've just installed this for a client and I've got to say its super smooth. Love the way its coded my favorite Review App for sure!

Blinking heck. I only installed it two days ago and already getting ratings.

One thing I did notice was that my "hover image to view close up" feature stopped working, but I'm not so bothered about that.

Got stuck with the integartion into our template but with the help from Balázs Bertalan and a quick couple of emails was able to get it sorted.
Great app and great support.

Reviews give your customer's confidence in the product and a good review can possibly persuade them to buy the item.

I am so glad that I decided to sign up with Super Reviews, it works perfect! I couldn't install it the right way, so i sent an email to the support team and they answered me within 4 hours, I thought it was fast, and Balázs Bertalan sent me the instructions step by step to do it by my self, and I did it, it works fantastic! totally recomend this App. (Great customer service)

Love it! Love it! Love it! I read what some else said about the HTML and thought I also would give it a try. I know it's hard when you are getting started and don't have a lot of reviews.

Had a little bit of issue with the coding, but the customer service was beyond incredible. So often with apps, if you have an issue, it takes forever for someone to get back to you. They were great. I truly value good customer service and these guys are amazing. For those of you in North America, take note that they are based in London. So a bit of a time difference. It actually worked out good because I was up late and we were able to correspond in real time and fix the issue without any lag time.

The app does exactly what I want. I was able to make the little stars match my colors. As soon as I published my first review it populated immediately. Overall, I'm so very happy and would highly recommend it. Thanks so much!

At first, I admit, I was hesitant to use this app (as it is new with just a few reviews); however, the SEO friendly (code in HTML not Javascript) was too appealing to not give it a go.

The Super Reviews team and their customer service is superior. No matter how many questions I had, no matter what I needed they bent over backwards to help me. Their service was very prompt and very friendly.

I downloaded the app with the old dashboard, and recently they upgraded it. It is improved and very easy to use.

If you are considering this app, I truly suggest you give it a try!

Following on from my previous review - the developers were very helpful in providing a solution to the uninstall issues: I had to reinstall the app - then go into settings, then chose clear shop (wipes out all reviews) and then uninstall. We can now use the metafields plugin as we could before.

The email part of the app is pretty useful for emailing customers who have purchased a product to leave a review. Its not the prettiest console tool but it is useful.

Hi - set review app up, but found it a little clunky, so uninstalled within the trial period...

However, we have a slight problem - using the API, I can see that although we have uninstalled SuperReviews - the matafields belonging to super reviews are left behind... so all of our products now has two redundant metafields.

My colleague uses the metafields app to input additional data on a per product basis. We are finding that we have to manually delete the content of the SuperReviews metafields otherwise, we cannot save the new metafields that we have added!

The browser just hangs... it happens in all browsers. My only conclusion is that the SuperReviews metafields contain a lot of data - which is taking time to process...

How can we get rid of these metafields for good? I've tried doing it via the api... but they keep coming back...

It's really, really frustrating.

With a little tweaking, this simple app turned out to be just what our store needed. The app's backend is not as polished as some other Shopify apps, but the functionality meets our expectations.

For a big store, it does take a while to get all the products processed.

I gave this a try after seeing about the SEO benefits and it installed easy but i had a small issue which 1 quick e mail resolved the issue straight away. It looks no different to my old review system and in fact I think it loads quicker. its early days but at this point in time I will give 5 stars and i will review again once i have had a good test drive.
