This app is a brilliant way for your customers to reach you in real time and add personalisation to your communication. Easy to set up via messages on the Mac, and simple commands and macros to help guide your chat. Fantastic app!
We’re loving this app ☺ Already on the first day we’ve sold three orders through the chat. Setting it up was super easy. The browser client isn’t that handy because it lacks a sound notification, but it works perfectly via iChat.
Really digging the customization options and the fact that I can upload a picture of myself in the chat as well. I get the feeling that my visitors appreciate the personal contact.
From what I understood there is a free version after the trial, but so far I’d say its worth the investment ☺
