Such a very poor customer service. I was super excited to use 01supply to integrate products to my store; This is not my first rodeo with a dropshipping store with Shopify. With other dropshipping apps you select the items for dropshipping, you can modify the pricing within the import section then you publish to your website. THEY DO NOT ALLOW THIS! This means I advertise the merchandise on My store I pay for the merchant receives my customers and Pay leaving me as just the advertiser making NO MONEY! The customer support agent proceeded to place blame on me saying it's my fault if I chose to publish an item that I can't modify the price on, that's apart of dropshipping You receive a discounted rate for the item and you add your price to it to make the total amount for sell. Merchant gets their pay I get mine, my cx are satisfied. The agent provided no resolution nore attempted to in fact he closed the chat. He stated " They have never received this feed back before"... The reviews says otherwise. I have reported this incident to Shopify, In hopes they will find a better app to integrate Esty items for dropshipping purposes that will understand the inter-workings on How dropshipping occurs. Shopify has escalated this issue for me so I'm crossing my fingers that at least the agent that provided the poor experience will be held accountable by 01supply as this creates a negative experience across the board.

We took your advice into consideration and I am happy to tell you that you will now be able to edit prices before import with our latest update as requested. You can go in your settings in the Pricing Rules tab (Update releasing this week).
Additionally, I went through your conversation with our support agent and it is true that the explanation was a bit clumsy.

The handling of the app is clear and good! The range of products can be greatly improved, since the prices for resellers (almost exclusively) correspond to the end-consumer prices on Etsy. This leaves no advantage for resellers, except that the product is offered at significantly higher prices. From our point of view, this makes no sense, since there is no advantage for resale or for competitiveness. Only the suppliers of the products secure another sales channel via 01supply. From our point of view, it is not recommended for resellers. And one must not forget that customers research the offer for a product in detail. If we as a reseller have to quote a price that is almost twice as high as the seller's offer, it is logical which offer the buyer chooses.

I am sorry to hear that. I would like to clarify some points regarding pricing.
On 01supply, we allow you to import more than 250.000 products from our marketplace. Product prices can be negotiated with suppliers to get competitive pricing on your store as well.
01supply also allows you to import products from the Etsy catalog. When you import an Etsy product, is it indeed harder to negotiate prices because the suppliers are not directly registered on 01supply. Of course, we work toward that objective to offer 100% of products that are from internal suppliers and that can be negotiated thanks to our negotiation feature. But as you can imagine, it takes a lot of time and we work every day toward that objective.
It is also important to mention that 01supply does not apply any margin on the product prices. It is the resellers that decide themselves for their product pricing. While you may find some products too expensive, remember that 01supply marketplace is full of 250.000+ products and a lot of products also offer very good pricing. That is why we also choose to synchronize with the Etsy catalog, so you have the widest range possible to choose a product that perfectly fits your needs.
We also believe that it is important for your own customers to see behind the scenes how your store is promoting really great products so they can be happy buying from you.

That app is absolutely not reliable, the chrome extension doesn´t work at all. There is nobody to answer to you when you have a problem and the pricing is completely wrong when you import products
