I was disappointed with the customer service experience. As a new customer with several questions, I expected a bit more patience and willingness to assist. Instead, I was simply directed to a Notion FAQ page, which didn’t fully address my concerns—especially around customizations and specific procedures.
Good service is just as important as a good product. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that level of support here.
