17track is hands down the best tracking service, and makes handling customer order inquiries so much easier. Frees up my time!
Fantastic app. Saves me a load of time in regards to customer service as my customers can got straight to the tracking page provided by this app. As many of my orders are international orders outside of NZ customers aren't automatically sent email notifications from the NZ shipping providers so having this app for customers to refer to is a life saver.
