Had an issue come up where a claim payment from SEEL to a customer had issues and I had to get involved. I reached out to 17TRACK customer service and Abby helped me get it all figured out quickly so we could get the customer their claim payment.
I've been using 17track for a while to track my international packages, and overall I'm pretty happy with it. One of the biggest benefits of 17track is that it aggregates a multitude of different carriers, allowing me to track almost all of my shipments, no matter where they come from. This has saved me a lot of frustration, especially when ordering from abroad.
The interface is simple and intuitive. All you have to do is enter the tracking number, and in a few seconds, I have up-to-date information on my package, with the different stages of its journey. In addition, it is possible to receive notifications on the progress of the shipment, which is really practical so as not to miss anything.
I also tested the mobile application, and it is as effective as the web version. Everything is well organized, and I can track my packages wherever I am.
The only downside I could mention is that sometimes the information is not updated immediately, especially when it comes to local or lesser known carriers. But it didn't bother me too much, because in general, the tool remains reliable.
In summary, 17track is a very practical and complete solution for package tracking. This is a service that I recommend to those who regularly order online and need to track their shipments easily.
Good app, and we’ve just started using it, but sometimes tracking updates are delayed, and certain orders don’t always appear in the 17track list for tracking.
When this happens, you may need to reach out to their support team, but they are quick and responsive. I recommend this app if you’re dealing with international shipping and packages are handed off between different delivery companies. It’s convenient to have everything in one place.
Additionally, the free plan works great for small businesses managing up to 50 orders a month.
After setting up 17TRACK as advised by our 3PL partner I have contacted support a number of times and despite being on the lowest plan the support has been excellent. They understood my questions, situation and requirements well. The advice given has helped in so many ways. Thank you to Jay, Bianca, Denver and Emily. Even on the lowest paid plan the app works well for what we need. Once we are in a position to upgrade we will, and thus be able to take full advantage of the features such as analytics and more.
I used to recommend this app to my clients before when developing dropship stores. I also used it to my stores as it is a good app and feature rich.
"I used this app, and since I'm new, I've only processed 10 orders. However, out of those 10 orders, it quickly exhausted my free quota of 50 shipments, which raised a red flag for me. As a result, I uninstalled the app. Overall, the app's functionality is good, but I can't trust it. If I were to upgrade to a paid plan, I fear the quota would run out quickly again, forcing me to upgrade further, potentially leading to an endless cycle of paying for more and more expensive plans. It doesn't seem budget-friendly at all."
