This is. the best app available on Shopify for tracking shipments and updating customers with progress. very easy to use and amazing customer care service. The team is very experienced and always ready to help. Previously I was using AfterShip but this is much better than that. Its a must-have app for everyone and its value for money

I've tried a lot of apps looking for order tracking for customers and by far this is the best. 17Track really did an amazing job in creating a easy to use and highly informative app. The support is very prompt with their responses. Highly recommend them.

Ever since I installed this app I have had customers notifing me they have received e-mails from businesses in the Quanzhou area offering computer and internet services. I've decided to delete app to see if it was merely a coincedence or not. My other apps do no use customer email.

You could completely set your mind at rest that these emails did not sent from us.

17TRACK team 100% sure that it's never gonna happen in our commpany. As shopify's devoloper partner, we strictly adhere to the Shopify Partner Agreement, it means we never can access and control your info without your agree.
Also, another important point is that we don't sale any sevice to C-end consumer. Our website is totally free open to everyone in 11years.

At the same time, we'd like to help you locate the source of these emails together. If you still want to trust us, we hope to work with you to analyze and solve it, our team also has some ideas that will help you!

The best app for tracking parcels! I have tried many apps for my business, and each of them had its drawbacks. But I’m completely satisfied with this app. It tracks any carriers and is fully customized for the user. What a pity I didn't know about this app before!

I just start using 17track. the setup was straight forward and easy. I wanted to remove their logo off my page and contacting them. it was done immediately. Communication was easy. I saw they had a 1 year promotion to be a collaborator and signed up. straight forward process. I think this is a great app as clients do not need a 3rd party to track orders. it makes my store a one stop shop for all information. love it. cannot wait to see where it goes and the clients feedback. thanks
