Great app for start up stores.

Their customer service is very good and timely. You can also ask questions via online text + paste pictures, which is very easy to use. The logistics service is also very good.

After setting up 17TRACK as advised by our 3PL partner I have contacted support a number of times and despite being on the lowest plan the support has been excellent. Even on the lowest paid plan the app works well for what we need. Once we are in a position to upgrade we will, and thus be able to take full advantage of the features such as analytics and more.
