This app is wonderful. Very easy to use. It shows all the tracking information in one place, one dashboard. Perfect for the clients who need to track their order. This reduces the tasks for after sales service as the clients can directly follow their shipment status online. The technical support is very responsive and always ready to help. What stood out to me the most was the accuracy and speed of the tracking information. 17Track pulled in data from various carriers, providing a comprehensive overview of the package's journey, from dispatch to delivery.
Just set this up a couple weeks ago, very surprised at how efficient it is! The shipping protection option is a fantastic addition to our store, and the ability to send out tracking email flows is a game changer. Highly recommend!
This app works very well, it helps me so much like it send tracking information to paypal automatically which is amazing, highly recommend!
