This app is free, so I downloaded it. I didn't know much about the app at first, but the customer service was incredibly helpful. Especially Miss Bianca, who assisted me a lot.

Now this is THE tracking app. It is so much better than any of the competition out there. It's easy to use and you can customize everything about it.
Also shoutout to Tony! He helped me out in an instant with great instructions.

Just stumbled upon this app and installed it and the customer service from Bianca was great even though I'm on the free plan currently. I think it seems like it'll be really helpful later when I get a lot more orders because most of my emails are basically people asking where is their package. I think I see myself getting the paid plan within the next few weeks after I see how it goes but so far I already see more visibility into the tracking statuses even though I'm on the paid plan.
