Es gibt keine Möglichkeit PrePaid Credits zu kaufen ohne ein Abo zu haben. Für kleine Shops lohnt sich ein Abo aber nicht, bzw. ist zu teuer, weil man keine 200 credits im Monat benötigt, sondern vielleicht nur 80 oder mal 120.
Zwar bekommt man free Credits, aber in manchen Monaten reicht das nicht und dann kann man keine PrePaid Credits kaufen sondern wird genötigt ein Abo abzuschließen.
Natürlich könnte man sagen "kostet ja nur...", doch bei der Vielzahl von Apps die man so benötigt, sorgt dies alles für eine ständige Erhöhung der Grundkosten für den Shop-Betrieb und macht es immer schwieriger profitabel zu bleiben, wenn man noch Ads bezahlen muss und keine große Margen hat.

We would like to explain the options we offer from both a short‑term and long‑term perspective:
1. Short‑term: We offer a Free Plan with 50 credits, and there are also onboarding tasks within the app – once completed, you can earn additional free credits. We suggest trying these first to see if the features meet your needs.
2. Long‑term: If the free credits are not enough in a given month (e.g., during an ad campaign), you can purchase a 200-credit monthly plan ($9/month) for that period – with no long‑term commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
We have already shared your feedback with our product team to consider offering even more flexible options (such as smaller credit packs or prepaid models) in the future.

1 star. Their cancellation flow promised a discount if I didn't cancel. I didn't cancel — and the discount never came. Support told me twice someone would follow up in 24–48 hours, and that a manager named Irene was on my case. A month later: zero contact from anyone. Just the same copy-paste apology and "we've escalated this" on loop, in replies that read like scripted bot output. Offering a retention discount you never intend to deliver is bait and switch. Cancelled for good.
