I've been using 17track for a few months now and really like the integration with Klaviyo.

This app definitely has potential but it's very disappointing at the same time. After many interactions with their support team, which is always prompt to reply, it seems to me like these guys do not understand ecommerce business at all. They have created a nice app that works but are not open to fix small issues and apply simple, basic functionality that will make their app more powerful and appealing to existing and new customers alike.

It's very frustrating and is making me look for alternatives.
