the app is a little pricy compared the the other apps in the same category but it's the best at what it does. So far so good. It's making my life easier and saves me a lot of time, soooo I'm sticking with it
17TRACK is an app that has definitely brought more value to our customers. Many people who place orders utilize the 17TRACK link to track their orders making for a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Tony was great with quickly helping me out. I really like 17 Track, it puts all the order status tracking from shipment to delivery right on your shopify store tracking page, so the customer has everything they need from you. This is very helpful since most of us who use 17 Track use suppliers on AliExpress in China and most of us live in other countries such as the US. So the customers and us the dropshippers get the peace of mind of shipping and handling which helps enhance the customer experience and provides full transparency.
