They didn't help me with my problems and they didn't fix my problem for 3 weeks. I fixed the problem by deleting the app and reinstalling it. When I reinstalled the app, my settings were gone and they said I had to upgrade my plan for this. I had those features before. Bad customer service.

En general, 17TRACK ha sido una maravilla para mi tienda. Facilita mucho el seguimiento de los pedidos y da confianza a los clientes al poder ver el estado de sus envíos en todo momento. La integración con Shopify fue rápida y sin complicaciones.
Lo único que me gustaría es que la función de protección de paquetes contra pérdida, daño o retraso también estuviera disponible para Panamá. Sería algo muy útil para mis clientes, especialmente los que compran desde el extranjero. Fuera de eso, todo funciona excelente.
