I had a problem, my customers were sending me messages that they could not track their order, and I did not know how to work since I opened the site, until I got curious and sent to support and a nice girl named Emily spoke to me. She was very nice to me and followed up with me until the tracking number was working well for me, and here I felt comfortable psychologically and did not wait for messages from my customers about the tracking number. After setting up 17TRACK as advised by our 3PL partner I have contacted support a number of times and despite being on the lowest plan the support has been excellent. They understood my questions, situation and requirements well. The advice given has helped in so many ways. Thank you to Jay, Bianca, Denver and Emily. Even on the lowest paid plan the app works well for what we need. Once we are in a position to upgrade we will, and thus be able to take full advantage of the features such as analytics and more.
So far so good, with the service. Prompt support response and has been able to see our customers delivery flow. Would recommend for any ecommerce to integrate this to their platform to provide easy access for their customers to view their orders status.
the app is a little pricy compared the the other apps in the same category but it's the best at what it does. So far so good. It's making my life easier and saves me a lot of time, soooo I'm sticking with it
So far, everything is easy to setup, tracking is much easier and smoother browsing experience. Not buggy at all. Coming from another app which the tracking is not updated accurately on time. I'm glad I switched to 17track. I had been using this website to tracking my personal parcels from China but I'm glad they also have the app in Shopify to help with my business.
