Incredible Tracking Experience!
I've been using the 17Track app for a while now, and I can't express how satisfied I am with its performance. This app has truly transformed my tracking experience for shipments and packages.
fantastic App for track order
Absolutely terrible support, many technical problems & poor development. They published an update that shut down our checkout for 2 days. Shopify determined they were the cause and they would not believe anyone. Nothing worse than a company that gaslights its customers. They won’t last long on Shopify.

Upon investigating, we found that the reason why the cart page refresh is because of the Update interface from the theme, which cause the glitch of the cart page even if the Protecion is disabled. already send the video for your reference.
As for our last update, it is only related to the the User Interface, not related to the frontpage, this is the updating parts:

During this process, we never meant to ignore this issue, it's just a conclusion after troubleshooting.
the effort including more than 31 hours that we did from 2 teams, we cared and focused on your issue, we'd really love to help you with the issue for the further help.
If you'd like, we can try to locate the codes related to the Update interface that causes this problem as long as we get your permission.
Because for now, we noticed that you already diabled the Protection while the issue still exists when the product or the product quantity is changed, and if we want to find the related codes part, we still need to do further checking after getting your permission.
At the same time, please let us know your expectations on this problem because it really beyound our access and we will provide our help and suggestions.
