UPDATE: Developer Craig contacted to us and fixed the issue. Thanks for his help.. It's now working.. There should be a few more upgrades on the app such as product name is seen as random words "Cart_xasd139411rw" which doesn't look good.. ------------------------
SAME HERE... "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method. When Pay Now button is clicked it will take to the loading screen and send back to the Shopify checkout page with the above..."
It passed exactly a week of my website without payment, when people try to checkout it shows empty cart.
I contact their support everyday and you keep my delaying my issue.
-3 days in a row i was contacting with your support and all they did was telling me repeat this steps everything will be okay and i did the same that they were telling me from the very first time, all answers i received it was try this try that, just waste of time and i had to make screen recording of the issue happened to me and than they said okay your case its forwarded to compliance team which i don't had answer 2 days, i wrote direct email to them they said we are the not the team who should contact contact the support again or support plus, i contacted them and they tell me your website doesn't work (which is 100% false, they are just delaying my issue my website is hosted on shopify is 24/7 up) i immiadetelly replied to them with screenshot that is working, and they ask me if i have made some country forbidden (none country is forbidden at my website).
I sent 11 order on trust to my clients, with delayed payment(they should pay to me when the cart will start to work, i don't know if everybody gonna pay to me).
jcb master card visa does not work although it says it should please contact me and help me solve this problem

Visa and Master Card are not enabled.
Kindly fix these errors as they affect our workflow and cause disturbance to customers.
2Checkout ruined our customers experience, it confuses them, it redirects them and we lost many orders from this. And as another user said: When using the 2CO convert plus gateway to checkout, VISA/Mastercards are not supported. This is unacceptable since VISA/Mastercards combined have more than 80% market share. And there is not a single document in the knowledge center mentioning this.
Hi. We tried to update our checkout but it shows this error "Woops, looks like something went wrong". Would be great if you could help to solve this. Regards - looks like all issues were solved
