We use 8returns app for almost 2 years now and it allowed us to set up a simple and efficient returns process. An outstanding feature is the automatic generation of QR codes for paperless return labels. We highly appreciate also very friendly, fast and helpful support. Additionally, this app provides us with helpful data insights into the return reasons. 8returns' analytics show us exactly which models and sizes are returned most frequently. There is only one issue with the products not registered in 8returns app. If the customer doesn't select an article in the app, this article will not be refunded automatically, so it requires the manual action from our side. It would be great to improve this process. Other that that everything works smoothly.

The point you mentioned about items not being refunded automatically is actually solved now. With our new Moodja integration, returns are updated automatically even if customers send back more than they registered, no more manual adjustments needed.
