Great app, great support team. We use 8Returns specifically due to its integration with Xentral ERP - once we cor a customer creates a return in 8Returns it is automatically added and updated in Xentral. It saves a lot of time, effort and manual work by our customer service team.

Vor einem halben Jahr hat unser Unternehmen 8returns in den bestehenden Retourenprozess integriert. Durch den Wechsel von der (guten) Lösung eines Wettbewerbers gelang es, unsere Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und unser Team von automatisierbaren Aufgaben zu entlasten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App, sie nimmt uns einen wesentlichen Teil unserer Retourenanfragen ab. Was noch ausbaufähig ist, ist der Bereich Retouren wegen Defekt. Hier ist die Einstellbarkeit noch nicht wirklich da.
