The video call provided a detailed and professional walkthrough of all features, ensuring we could maximize its potential right from the start. Great app, great support team. We use 8Returns specifically due to its integration with Xentral ERP - once we cor a customer creates a return in 8Returns it is automatically added and updated in Xentral. It saves a lot of time, effort and manual work by our customer service team.
