99minds Gift Card & Loyalty

We’re a small business and have been using 99minds for our gift card and loyalty point integration with Heartland & Shopify, and it’s been fantastic! The setup was seamless, and their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way.

I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer.
I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!

We recently migrated from SVS (Stored Value System) to 99minds and couldn't be more impressed with the results. 99minds delivered a seamless migration and now powers our omnichannel gift card solution across Microsoft Dynamics POS, eCommerce, and Shopify -- all through one unified platform.

We switched to 99minds after our loyalty program would not sync with our in-store POS platform and Shopify. As a result we were running two separate loyalty programs and it was a huge headache. Our in-store gift cards and digital gift cards were not compatible as well so we needed an option.

Since switching, our systems now work together perfectly and our loyalty program has never been easier. Customer service is always willing to help with any questions you may have. 99 minds is also very on top of the latest features and will listen to your needs/wants and do their best to implement them.
