We were able to design a program that aligns perfectly with our brand and customer preferences.
The rewards structure offered by 99minds has significantly boosted customer engagement and repeat purchases. Watching our customers progress through the tiers and unlock exciting rewards has been exciting to see.
They took on the challenge to help us integrate our eCommerce store and Heartland retail POS, Hyperspacehq ,the platform's mobile-friendly reward widget design ensures that our customers can easily participate and track their rewards on any device. We migrated our existing loyalty program with 50,000 plus customer records.
What truly sets 99minds apart is their exceptional support. Their team has been responsive, and dedicated to ensuring our program's success.

Seamlessly integrating with our store on Shopify and Runit POS, the platform offers a plethora of features designed to create a seamless and rewarding customer experience. One of the standout features that sets 99minds apart is its incorporation of a versatile physical and digital gift card framework, which greatly contributes to the platform's effectiveness and appeal.

Unfortunately I downloaded this app and I regret this mistake, I can only advise against it, there is no way to delete your data and the customer service promises to get back to you but nobody gets back to you. For me this site is spam and I advise everyone not to download it.
