99minds Gift Card & Loyalty

I so wish I could give this app a 10 star review! Not only does the app do exactly what I want in terms of offering loyalty points for my customers, provide in store and online gift card purchasing options, user-friendly for our staff members, provide customer marketing but the customer service is second to none.

Ankita and Pravin have gone out of their way to make sure I understand the 99Minds app and that I use the app the best way for my business.

I am not super tech savvy and both of these individuals have shown exteme patience with me in getting the app installed and up and running. Thier response time to emails is super fast. They not only offer solutions but they help implement the solutions in a timely manner.

If you are not using 99minds I would highly recommend you consider changing that asap. Some of the best customer service I have recieved in years!

99mind's comprehensive gift card solution automates and streamlines our entire gift card management process with Runit Point of Sales (POS), saving us time and resources. We can effortlessly sell, track, and redeem physical and digital gift cards, giving us complete control over our gift card programs. Our customers enjoy a seamless experience with easy balance checks and omnichannel redemption options in-store and online.

Unfortunately I downloaded this app and I regret this mistake, I can only advise against it, there is no way to delete your data and the customer service promises to get back to you but nobody gets back to you. For me this site is spam and I advise everyone not to download it.

For anyone using Heartland + Shopify and or Hyperspace this is the best way to integrate loyalty and gift cards to your business and take your customer satisfaction to the next level. Having the ability to utilize in-store and online gift cards and Loyalty that sync between Heartland and Shopify without spending a small fortune is a game changer. Pravin, Ankita and the whole team there have been wonderful to work with. I wish I knew about this set up years ago. Also, check out Hyperspace while you're at it if you need to sync inventory between Heartland and your ecom store. Another game changer.
