OpenNode is the fastest and easiest way to get started taking bitcoin and especially lightning payments on your store. Easy installation, you can take payments on your store or out of band by sending invoices for items, can quickly sell your sats for cash, or better yet, send it to your own cold storage with the ability to set your own transaction fees.
