I originally signed up for a monthly plan of $15 to create a pop-up. Without knowing, I have been charged $45 monthly for my users which don't have anything to do with the use of the app. This is absolutely absurd.
We've had a great experience using Privy to grow our email list and improve customer engagement. The pop-up builder is easy to use, and setting up campaigns like welcome discounts, exit intent offers, and abandoned cart recovery was surprisingly straightforward. We also appreciate having email, SMS, and popups in one platform instead of juggling multiple apps.
