This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 3 short months I've been using it. The team is ultra-responsive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues are resolved attentively.
The only downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.
