It is a really helpful tool, I have been using them for more that 1 year and it is converting sales. The Customer Support is great and Bharat is very supportive and responsive.
A year in and still converting sales - that's the metric that matters most, and it's a good sign the setup is working the way it should. Glad the support experience has held up alongside it, and we're here whenever you want to push things further.
It is a really good app with extremely professional support. We are offramping from it purely for a technical reason specific to our store but would recommend them to everyone else. If you are stuck with WABA restriction issues, their team can definitely help you navigate the complicated Meta Support process. Even when I am leaving them the support is professional and helpful, you rarely see that.
Support team is the reason we stayed. Every time we've hit something — a config question, a flow that needed tweaking, an integration doubt — they respond fast, understand what we're actually asking on the first try, and set it up exactly the way we need it. No back-and-forth, no ticket ping-pong. If you're evaluating WhatsApp tools, the product matters but the support is what you'll actually live with day to day. Zoko's is excellent.
Getting the ask right on the first try - no ping-pong, no re-explaining - is something the team works hard at, and it's good to hear it's landing that way for config questions, flow tweaks, and integration doubts alike. Eight months in, that consistency is what makes the difference. Glad to have you with us.
