This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie.
Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends!
When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store.
The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return.
At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward.
Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like.
Sorry about your frustration.
But I would like to clarify something on our side.
1. We do explicitly states in our onboarding process that the theme check will be between 30 minutes to a few hours. Due to your store set the blocker for any page inspect (open dev tool), the process was blocked before you unable the blocker.
2. The conversation was kind of biased at the beginning, you use Liar/Fake/Idiot these type of word when we tried to support you with your matter. I understand the waiting time might not feel good for you but I think we've sensed the hostile attitude from the beginning.
3. We did finish theme check within a day, but you still seemed not happy and directly uninstalled our app.
We truly apologize about your experience, and we will take this case as our learning opportunities to improve our onboarding process, thanks for the feedback.

In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items.
when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer:
Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test?
Jeffrey: No you don’t have to
Me: then why is my inventory oversold
Jeffrey: Just go analytics and see how many test variants are sold
Jeffrey: And minus the number

Please understand that when you reached out to us, it was 4:30 am in our time zone. Despite the hour, we were committed to addressing your concerns.
I noticed there was a significant amount of emotion during our conversation. We attempted to clarify the situation, but it seemed there might have been some miscommunication.
Regarding the app, it creates duplicate variants for price testing, which can occasionally lead to inventory discrepancies. We're actively working on developing an inventory syncing feature to resolve this.
However, in this instance, the primary issue arose because the test ran for an extended period of three months without monitoring the inventory levels. We're here to assist in resolving this and ensuring it doesn't happen again.
