App does exactly what I need it to do. I needed some help setting things up as I use a few different apps that interact with each other on our Shopify store and customer support was very prompt and helpful.

A must-have app if you want to improve your backend and increase profit margins. Jeffrey is very helpful and talented. He helped me in a quick call setting up the whole app, giving best practices. Best of all, I did not know this app existed. I used 3rd party apps which were expensive to do AB testing and this is a native shopify app so it can track sales and profits better.

I've been using this app for a couple of days and I'm super impressed with the built-in functionality and level of support they offer.

We have some custom landing pages with several products & variants on the same page. They offered to step in and do a couple of custom things so their app would work seamlessly with their app, the same day we asked!

For regular Shopify pages, the testing works out of the box with just a couple of clicks. It also works with subscriptions (Recharge in our case).

This saves us a ton of $$/time/effort by skipping bulky A/B testing software and it doesn't impact speed!

Jeffrey has been super helpful helping me get set up and going and has been very friendly. The UI is nice and pretty easy to figure out.

Jeffrey just went above and beyond to help fix our store when it wasn't even this app that was causing the issue. He spent hours going through each line of code even after he was supposed to leave for the day, not stopping until he found the issue. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the support and trust we can use this app to work for our complex store setup.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

This app cost me more than it helped or saved.

*****DOES NOT SYNC INVENTORY. (also does not warn you about this)

In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items.

when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer:

Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test?
Jeffrey: No you don’t have to
Me: then why is my inventory oversold
Jeffrey: Just go analytics and see how many test variants are sold
Jeffrey: And minus the number
Jeffrey: That’s it

Firstly, I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced.

Please understand that when you reached out to us, it was 4:30 am in our time zone. Despite the hour, we were committed to addressing your concerns.

I noticed there was a significant amount of emotion during our conversation. We attempted to clarify the situation, but it seemed there might have been some miscommunication.

Regarding the app, it creates duplicate variants for price testing, which can occasionally lead to inventory discrepancies. We're actively working on developing an inventory syncing feature to resolve this.

However, in this instance, the primary issue arose because the test ran for an extended period of three months without monitoring the inventory levels. We're here to assist in resolving this and ensuring it doesn't happen again.
