Super easy to implement, quick support and works seamlessly.
I've been looking for a tool that allows us to do easy price testing but at an affordable cost to us. We're not a large store, but the price tag on this app is expensive but super fair for a company like ours. I had to reach out to support one time just to be sure I was doing things correctly, and Jeffrey responded within a few minutes. Highly recommended.
Awesome implementation & metrics. The support is also fine! Got an issued solved within 15 minutes.

This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie.
Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends!
When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store.
The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return.
At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward.
Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like.
Sorry about your frustration.
But I would like to clarify something on our side.
1. We do explicitly states in our onboarding process that the theme check will be between 30 minutes to a few hours. Due to your store set the blocker for any page inspect (open dev tool), the process was blocked before you unable the blocker.
2. The conversation was kind of biased at the beginning, you use Liar/Fake/Idiot these type of word when we tried to support you with your matter. I understand the waiting time might not feel good for you but I think we've sensed the hostile attitude from the beginning.
3. We did finish theme check within a day, but you still seemed not happy and directly uninstalled our app.
We truly apologize about your experience, and we will take this case as our learning opportunities to improve our onboarding process, thanks for the feedback.

Erg fijne app. Je hebt in één oogopslag een duidelijk beeld welke productpagina of prijs de beste statistieken heeft om mee door te gaan. Daarnaast denkt het team van de app graag met je mee en implementeren ze snel verbeteringen die jij graag wilt hebben.
I have looked at a lot of these apps and this one is the best for me on pricing and functionality so far. They jumped on chat and helped me out a few times on the weekend which is appreciated!
Jeffrey has been extremely helpful in getting me setup with this app. My store had a rather complicated setup and he was able to get it working great! Loads of stats to look at and dissect, with a lot of great features. Excited to see where this app goes :)

I installed app out of curiosity. Never give a serious thought on testing my product price. Guess what. I TRIPPLE MY PROFIT LAST MONTH!!!!!! Thanks to the app. But the support capacity is kind of limited. I hope they can improve that.
I use this app for my new products which I didn't know how to price it. The price test creating process is so SIMPLE. Just 3 step and I can start a test in few seconds.
Their support is fascinated whenever I send message through the chat widge, there is always a quick reply. I will keep this app and look forward for more features.
