A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

Brilliant App, Great Support.....A2X is the perfect link between Shopify and Xero, makes life so much easier and very clear to check reconciliations, actually makes the understanding of fees and clearing of PayPal and Klarna simple. Lana and Will at the support team are great and very helpful.

I would like to commend the entire team at A2X for their outstanding service. We have been using their services for a few years now, and the onboarding process was the smoothest experience we've ever had with an app company. Since then, whenever we've had questions—often due to our own lack of knowledge—the team has been consistently patient and responsive. They are always quick to clarify any confusion, whether through email or screen shares, and do so with a cheerful and nonjudgmental attitude. Their professionalism and support have been invaluable to us.

Shopify is a great e-Commerce platform that does everything we need it to do... EXECPT... transfer all the payments and fees for all the sales and payment channels into our Xero accounting software. This is where A2X come in. It takes all of those transactions and put them in their right place in our Xero accounting software. It really does do all the heavy lifting for you. Plus the support is 5 star as well. What ever the issue their friendly and knowledgeable people are only too please to put back on track.

This is a great product. One of the best parts about it is the customer service. Whenever something needs attention, the customer service team responds promptly and will troubleshoot until there is a resolution. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend A2X. It is a great software to automate your sales and save heaps of time. A big plus is the exceptional customer support. They are quick to respond and set up a meeting to review anything that needs to be reviewed and the support staff are incredibly knowledgable.
