A2X is an excellent add on. I run an outsourced accounting business and use it for all my clients who use Shopify and Xero. As opposed to importing each individual invoice like some add ons which is a nightmare to reconcile, it imports daily takings summaries into Xero (with full invoice detail report attached) as sales invoices by payment method i.e. Shopify, Paypal, Afterpay, etc. GST is dealt with accurately. A2X massively speeds up the reconciliation process. There is a bit of learning in set up but definitely worth the time spent.
The A2X product works very well and bridges the gap between our large volume of Shopify transactions and QBO. The set up is complicated but the team of A2X experts has been with us all the way - and each time the person assisting us is actually an expert who can answer all of our questions. As our number of payment gateways and volume increases, A2X has been a life saver. Shout out to Manuela who went down every rabbit hole with us and showed us how everything works under the surface - she's great!

I love A2X because it makes reconciling transactions as easy as possible saving so much time and headache. For anyone in e-commerce, this is a must use app and you can not go without it.
By using the app, I have been able to streamline the transactions from my ecommerce websites. This is definately an app I will continue to use. It's especially ideal for small business owers that do their own bookkeeping.
We use A2X for 5 different Shopify storefronts and Amazon Seller Central. After years of frustrating workarounds to get all of these sales and expenses recorded correctly in our accounting program, A2X was the solution we needed. Simply put: it just works.
Highly recommended if you are looking for detailed reporting of your Shopify sales and expenses. Be aware that you'll need to invest some upfront time in setup, but their support team is very hands-on and helpful.
A2X is genius and the team members are very supportive. While I investigating the difference in clearing account, I also found some misallocated bank transactions that happened from last financial, feel so good that I can solve them right away with our tax accounts. While I having questions, the support team can always support me with the very useful information and clues.

When I joined the current company, the accounting team were taking 2 days dissecting the Amazon settlement data to figure out Journal Entries. I implemented A2X which I had used earlier as well. It was a smooth process to implement, connect to various marketplace (Amazon, Shopify & Walmart) and then map to the chart of account in QuickBooks. The booking of journal entries using A2X takes couple of minutes. The way A2X breaks down the transaction is commendable. Our own auditors have endorsed the A2X process and are recommending to their client. At this moment I need A2X to build integration with Target plus so that we do not have to post any transactions manually.
A2X does in five minutes what used to take me hours of time--parsing and manipulating Amazon and Shopify settlements for our eCommerce businesses. These things are increasingly complicated and the more your business sells, the bigger and more time consuming these entries and reconciliations become. A2X takes the hassle out of this and is truly one of the most valuable automations we have! Their customer service is fantastic and makes getting the system set up so much easier. If we ever have trouble we know they are just a click away and will respond quickly.
