This is a great tool. I just got my first order recovered. It's only a matter of time until I recoup the cost and from then on it's pure profit I would have lost out on otherwise. I can highly recommend it!

Wonderful App. My customers get an email that looks like I've just wrote to them personally asking if I can help them in some way. They love it, and often buy. This App pays it's own way many times over. A must have.

I installed the app and it showed me all the abandoned orders and when a reminder email was sent. However, I realized after testing it out that the emails weren't being sent. After contacting Coolence, and working with them, they fixed the issue ASAP. Their response times are great! Everything works smoothly now and I hope to recover some abandoned sales with their help!
